The Modern Drummer Festival 2000 & 2003 3-DVD Set showcases two festivals and offers a collection of performances, clinics, and interviews. The Modern Drummer Festival 2000 features performances by Don Brewer, Vinnie Colaiuta, Horacio El Negro Hernandez with Marc Qui–ones, Akira Jimbo, Hilary Jones, Paul Leim, Dave Lombardo, and Billy Ward. The DVD includes 170 minutes of content. Special DVD features include a 5.1 Surround Sound mix on two performances, a DrumCam option for the drum camera, a Play-Along Feature with a minus drums mix on two songs, downloadable drum charts, connectivity to related websites, and more.

The Modern Drummer Festival 2003 includes over five hours of footage featuring Louis Santiago, Jr., The Hip Pickles, The Nathaniel Townsley Trio, Matt Wilson and His Band, Steve Smith and Vital Information, Mike Portnoy and Yellow Matter Custard, and the Drumbassadors. Additionally, there are performances by Nick D'Virgilio, Antonio Sanchez, Airto Moreira, and Shawn Pelton & House of Diablo. The DVD also includes special features such as Mike Portnoy rehearsal footage, Stick Tricks with Steve Smith and the Drumbassadors, and a photo gallery. The total running time is 8 hours and 42 minutes.

Most orders are dispatched via Australia Post, Couriers Please or Aramex. Orders are delivered typically within business hours only. Please allow 1-2 days for handling and 1 to 9 business days for delivery, depending on your selected shipping service. If you have not received your parcel within this time, please get in touch with us and we will open an enquiry for you. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided. Express Shipping is available. Please allow 1 day for handling and 2 to 2 working days for delivery, or longer for remote areas. Music2u will not replace any lost or delayed Australia Post items if the Economy Shipping option is selected at checkout. 

Our Shipping Options Include:

  • Untracked Shipping is an untracked shipping option offered through Australia Post with a Priority stamp. No tracking number is provided with this service. Please allow 4-7 business delays for delivery of your order. 

  • Standard Shipping is a fully tracked service offered through Australia Post. A tracking number will is provided once your order is shipped. Please allow 2-6 business days for delivery of your order. NT and WA customers should allow 6-8 days.

  • Couriers Please/Aramex/Courier is a courier service provided to most areas in Australia with deliveries being handled by Couriers Please and Aramex. Please allow 2-8 business days for delivery of your order.

  • Express Shipping is a fully tracked Express Service offered through Australia Post/Toll Priority.  A tracking number will is provided once your order is shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery of your order. NT and WA customers should allow 3-6 days.
  • Customer Pickup (Melbourne Only) - Customer Pick up is Now Available in Victoria. Orders can be collected from a Parcel Collect Box located in Dingley Village, Melbourne 3172. You will receive a text/email with your parcel locker code when your order is ready. Pickup orders are processed within 24 hours. You will be notified by phone and email if stock is unavailable. Please contact us directly if you require same day pickup to ensure stock is onsite.

Tracking Your Order

You will automatically receive your tracking information via the email you provided in the checkout as a tracking link. You can see the status of your parcel's journey there. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, let us know so we can locate your order. If selecting Economy Shipping, you will receive an email confirmation to notify you that your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You will not receive a tracking number for this service. 

Pre Orders

Please note that all 'single' pre-order books that arrive back in stock will ship via the standard Australia Post untracked service. The items that are in-stock will ship via your selected method at checkout, pre-orders will ship un-tracked when they arrive as to not incur an additional shipping fee.
