Returns Policy
If you require a return for whatever reason, please contact us to request a return. We only accept returns if your product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way and is with all original packaging, and you have proof of purchase. 

Product Returns

Music2u will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund where:

  • The product is faulty
  • The product is physically damaged
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose.

If a product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, a paid return label will be provided via email for you to download and print. We cannot accept returns for final sale items. 

Music2u are not obligated to accept returns for change of mind. If we do accept a change of mind return, the return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Music2u does not charge a re-stocking fee for returns.

How to make a return

Email contact@music2u.com.au within 90 days of receiving your order and include the following information so that we can arrange a return via post:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Order number
  • Name the products you wish to return and the reason for doing so
  • Attach any photos or supporting information if applicable

Above all, your satisfaction is our main priority.
If you have any questions about a product or your order, no matter how big or small, please don't hesitate to contact our friendly staff. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
