The Element Active System™ stands apart from typical undersaddle pickups, which rely on string compression for their sound. Engineered to capture the actual movement of the soundboard as you play, the Element uses a flexible film sensor just 2 thousandths of an inch thick to pick up the most delicate nuances of your guitar.

By tracking the motion of the top, it minimises “quack” caused by compression, unlocking an unrivaled dynamic range. With its minimalist construction, it preserves the natural acoustic properties of the guitar, creating an intimate coupling for the highest fidelity possible.
