The trip begins with a boisterous Cajun stomp, and concludes with an elegant Viennese polka, taking in stops in countries as varied as China, Jamaica, and Wales along the way.
Available in editions for alto saxophone, flute, clarinet, trumpet and violin, each book contains melody lines with chord symbols to aid improvisation.
Every piece is brought to life with a postcard of essential background information and playing tips. A book of keyboard accompaniments is available separately.
Spectacular and authentic audio performances and backing tracks of every piece played by bands and musicians from all eleven countries are available online.

A professional musician for 40 years, Mike Mower has played in orchestras, big bands, chamber ensembles, shows, jazz bands, and recording sessions around the world in classical, jazz, Latin, and rock styles on flutes, saxophones, and clarinets.
He has written concertos for international solo artists and orchestras and concert music for ensembles of all sizes – in addition to composing, arranging, and producing TV themes and commercial music albums.
His fun but challenging educational music has been enjoyed by a generation of younger players. The Musical Postcards and Junior Musical Postcards series (with accompaniment by some international recording artists too famous to mention!) celebrates authentic music genres from all over the globe.

Shipping Policy

Most orders are dispatched via Australia Post, Couriers Please or Aramex. Orders are delivered typically within business hours only. Please allow 1-2 days for handling and 1 to 9 business days for delivery, depending on your selected shipping service. If you have not received your parcel within this time, please get in touch with us and we will open an enquiry for you. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided. Express Shipping is available. Please allow 1 day for handling and 2 to 2 working days for delivery, or longer for remote areas. Music2u will not replace any lost or delayed Australia Post items if the Economy Shipping option is selected at checkout. 

Our Shipping Options Include:

  • Untracked Shipping is an untracked shipping option offered through Australia Post with a Priority stamp. No tracking number is provided with this service. Please allow 4-7 business delays for delivery of your order. 

  • Standard Shipping is a fully tracked service offered through Australia Post. A tracking number will is provided once your order is shipped. Please allow 2-6 business days for delivery of your order. NT and WA customers should allow 6-8 days.

  • Couriers Please/Aramex/Courier is a courier service provided to most areas in Australia with deliveries being handled by Couriers Please and Aramex. Please allow 2-8 business days for delivery of your order.

  • Express Shipping is a fully tracked Express Service offered through Australia Post/Toll Priority.  A tracking number will is provided once your order is shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery of your order. NT and WA customers should allow 3-6 days.
  • Customer Pickup (Melbourne Only) - Customer Pick up is Now Available in Victoria. Orders can be collected from a Parcel Collect Box located in Dingley Village, Melbourne 3172. You will receive a text/email with your parcel locker code when your order is ready. Pickup orders are processed within 24 hours. You will be notified by phone and email if stock is unavailable. Please contact us directly if you require same day pickup to ensure stock is onsite.

Tracking Your Order

You will automatically receive your tracking information via the email you provided in the checkout as a tracking link. You can see the status of your parcel's journey there. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, let us know so we can locate your order. If selecting Economy Shipping, you will receive an email confirmation to notify you that your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You will not receive a tracking number for this service. 

Pre Orders

Please note that all 'single' pre-order books that arrive back in stock will ship via the standard Australia Post untracked service. The items that are in-stock will ship via your selected method at checkout, pre-orders will ship un-tracked when they arrive as to not incur an additional shipping fee. Once a book has been sold, it can't be resold or shared without permission from the copyright holder, which is usually the publisher.
