It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided. - Customer Pickup (Melbourne Only) -Ā Customer Pick up is Now Available in Victoria. Orders can be collected from a Parcel Collect Box located in Dingley Village, Melbourne 3172. You will receive a text/email with your parcel locker code when your order is ready. Pickup orders are processed within 24 hours. You will be notified by phone and email if stock is unavailable. Please contact us directly if you require same day pickup to ensure stock is onsite.
Tracking Your Order
You will automatically receive your tracking information via the email you provided in the checkout as a tracking link. You can see the status of your parcel's journey there. If your parcel is taking longer than expected, let us know so we can locate your order. If selecting Economy Shipping, you will receive an email confirmation to notify you that your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You will not receive a tracking number for this service.Ā
Pre Orders
Please note that all 'single' pre-order books that arrive back in stock will ship via the standard Australia Post untracked service. The items that are in-stock will ship via your selected method at checkout, pre-orders will ship un-tracked when they arrive as to not incur an additional shipping fee.
