- Customer Pickup (Melbourne Only) - Customer Pick up is Now Available in Victoria. Orders can be collected from a Parcel Collect Box located in Dingley Village, Melbourne 3172. You will receive a text/email with your parcel locker code when your order is ready. Pickup orders are processed within 24 hours. You will be notified by phone and email if stock is unavailable. Please contact us directly if you require same day pickup to ensure stock is onsite.
