Music2u Shipping Policy 📦
Most orders are dispatched via Australia Post or one of our courier partners, depending on the shipping service selected and your delivery location.
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing, plus the estimated delivery timeframe for your selected shipping service. Delivery times may be longer for rural and remote areas.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email. Where a tracked service has been selected, this will also include your tracking information.
If your parcel is taking longer than the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to follow up with the shipping provider on your behalf.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. If you notice an error or need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at info@music2u.com.au. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
Shipping Options 📮
Free Shipping on Orders Over $129 🚚
Spend $129 or more in a single order and receive FREE tracked shipping Australia-wide. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Express Shipping is a fully tracked priority Express Service offered through Australia Post and Team Global Express. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow approximately 1–2 business days for metro areas and additional time for regional and remote destinations, including some areas of WA, NT and North QLD.
Standard Shipping is a fully tracked service offered through Australia Post. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow 2–6 business days for delivery of your order. NT and WA customers should allow approximately 6–8 business days.
Courier Shipping is available to most areas across Australia, with deliveries handled by CouriersPlease, Aramex, Team Global Express or another suitable courier partner, depending on your location. Please allow approximately 2–8 business days for delivery. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Economy Shipping (Untracked) is our low-cost economy option, sent via Australia Post using postage stamps — good old-fashioned snail mail. This service does not include tracking. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, but no tracking number or delivery updates will be available.
Please allow approximately 5–12 business days for delivery. We do not recommend untracked shipping for time-sensitive orders; please select a tracked or Express service if you need your order by a particular date. Music2u will not replace missing items under the untracked Economy Shipping option.
Customer Pickup (South East Melbourne)
Customer pickup is available from our Dingley Village, Melbourne VIC 3172 location. Pickup orders are generally processed within 24 hours, Monday–Friday. Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email and text message with your unique parcel locker code. Your order can then be collected from the Music2u Parcel Box 24/7, at a time that suits you. Please wait until you receive your ‘Order Ready’ text/email before arriving to collect your order. Your order will not be available for collection before this notification has been sent.
If an item is unavailable or requires additional time to arrive, we'll contact you by phone or email. If you require an urgent pickup, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the stock is available onsite.
Tracking Your Order
For tracked shipping services, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Simply follow the link to view the latest updates on your parcel's journey.
If your parcel is taking longer than expected, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to follow up with the shipping provider on your behalf.
If you select Economy Shipping (Postage Stamps), you'll receive an email confirming when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. As this is an untracked service, no tracking number or delivery updates are available.
Pre-Orders
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items will be dispatched using the shipping method selected at checkout.
When a single pre-order book becomes available, it will generally be sent separately via untracked Australia Post at no additional shipping charge.
If you would prefer your pre-order to be sent via tracked or Express shipping, please contact us and we can arrange this for you. Additional shipping charges may apply.
If multiple pre-order items become available around the same time, we may combine them into one shipment where practical.
