It evokes the immense power and speed of the turbine, with fast, energetic violin passages symbolising the turbine's relentless motion. The movement also incorporates a metaphorical relationship to the turbine's three prongs.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWesterway\u003c\/strong\u003e: The second movement reflects Hindson's visit to the town of Westerway in Tasmania. It portrays the contrast between the idyllic nature of rural life and the struggles faced by small communities experiencing economic decline, particularly after the closure of the logging industry.
